Integrations
Connect Tellsie to the way you build
Tellsie is a complete feedback board on its own. Integrations hand customer requests to the tools that build them, and bring the progress back to the customers who asked.
Gaitro
Customer requests built by AI agents, with customers told when they ship
- 01
Send a request to Gaitro
One click turns a customer request into a Gaitro backlog item, with its description, vote count, latest comments and a link back.
- 02
Mark it ready
In Gaitro, mark the item ready. An AI agent picks it up, and your board shows In progress.
- 03
An agent builds it
While it works, the agent can read how many customers asked and what they said. Vote counts and comments stay current.
- 04
Voters hear it shipped
When Gaitro completes the item, the request shows Shipped and a post for the Shipped page is drafted from the agent's summary. Approve it and every voter is emailed.
Your board follows Gaitro by itself
Once a request is sent, Gaitro is the source of truth, so nobody updates the same thing twice. You can still override a status in either app; the other follows and the change is logged.
| On your board | In Gaitro |
|---|---|
| Under review | Not sent to Gaitro yet |
| Planned | Sent: Not ready in Gaitro |
| In progress | Ready: an agent can pick it up |
| Shipped | Completed in Gaitro |
What you need
- Any Tellsie plan. The integration is part of Standard and Pro.
- Your own Gaitro account. Gaitro, including the agents that build your requests, is billed by Gaitro and isn't part of a Tellsie plan.
- About a minute: sign in with Gaitro from Tellsie and pick a project. Each board connects to its own project.
